Will my customers know they're talking to an automated system?

No. The booking team introduces itself as your business — not as a bot or an AI service. It uses your business name throughout the call and handles questions naturally. The overwhelming majority of customers just assume they've reached your office. If someone directly asks, the system will be honest — but that almost never happens.

What if I answer the call myself?

Nothing changes. Your phone rings exactly as it always has. If you pick up, the call is yours. RingBooked only activates when a call goes unanswered — it's a safety net, not a gatekeeper.

Do I need to change my number or get a new phone?

Neither. You keep your existing mobile number. All you do is set up a call forward on your phone — a quick dial code that takes about 30 seconds. When you don't answer, the call forwards to your RingBooked line. Your customers always see your number on their screen.

How quickly can I go live?

Starter clients can be live within 20 minutes of getting set up. Pro takes a little longer — we configure the booking system to your diary, walk through an onboarding call, and test it live with you listening in before it goes live. Most clients are up and running the same day.

What about genuine emergencies?
